Downtown Clinton is hosting a performance by Spare Change, a local party band, this September.
The idea of a party band is that they are musicians who do not confine themselves to one single genre.
Spare Change covers everything from the Top 40 Billboard hits of today to classic rock and everything imaginable in between from the greater pop culture sphere.
The group includes an ensemble of instrumentalists, including a piano/synth keyboard performer, percussionist, bassist and two guitarists. The band’s sound, brought together with five singers, is known to pivot drastically in tone and style from one song to the next, keeping the momentum unpredictable for audience members.
Performances by Spare Change include a lot of movement from both the musicians and participants, such as coordinated dance numbers and Invitations of audience participation.
The concert is part of Clinton’s 2026 Alive After Five concert series, whose previous performances this year included Band of Oz back in May, and The Soul Pschedelique Orchestra in June. The concert series will conclude in October with a performance by Liquid Pleasure.
Touted by the City of Clinton as family-friendly, the concert series also allows cameras for each performance.
Concerts like this may choose to use printing services to create vendor Signs, tickets and stage decorations.
Spare Change is performing on September 10 from 6 pm to 8:45 pm at the Clinton City Market at 215 Libson St in Clinton.Get a Free Quote for Signs Get a Free Quote for Invitations
