Locals can show their appreciation for everything Italian at Ferragosto - The Largest Italian Summer Festival.
The 5th staging of Ferragosto takes place at the Enterprise Pavillion in Shaw Park at 27 South Brentwood Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63105. Individuals from other cities in St. Louis County, such as Creve Coeur, Fenton, or Olivette, can make the short journey to attend this festival.
The long-awaited festival is the perfect opportunity to learn about and appreciate present-day Italian cuisine and culture. Those interested in attending will get the chance to taste different dishes, such as the Italian sausages salsiccia and luganighe. There will also be beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages available. Gelato di Riso will provide genuine Italian gelato. Attendees are encouraged to take their favorite beverage or dish to share.
This is a family-friendly event where kids may use the nearby playground and volleyball courts. Attendees can enjoy the modern sounds of Italian music and test their singing ability at the Italian style karaoke.
