Smart gardeners know the value of incorporating native species whenever possible, and they will find lots to talk about when they “shop ‘til they drop” and a local pop-up plant sale.
Olivette in bloom hosts an assortment of annual activities, and its annual Native Plant Sale has proven to be consistently popular. This will be the second decade for the fundraiser, and there will be a new addition to its lineup.
The shoppers will be treated to an opportunity to purchase various species that are native to the area, and since they have been grown locally they will tend to do well in Olivette gardens. Thanks to Partners for Native Landscaping, there will now be bare root trees and shrubs in the mix, and these will make it simple for the public to install plants that benefit people and wildlife alike. There will be Master Gardeners on hand offering tips and advice, and it can be a fun way to open another gardening year.
When planning a pop-up event, organizers often turn to a flyer printing company for marketing help, as it will be able to supply a range of budget friendly materials. These can be prepared quickly, and may include both text and graphics.
Olivette in Bloom has scheduled its 2026 Annual Native Plant Sale for April 25th. It will be welcoming shoppers from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Four Oaks on Warson.
