Pub crawl celebration honors memory of St. Louis native near Olivette
A memorial pub crawl is being organized near Olivette to honor a veteran and first responder, and area residents are invited to party for a good cause.
The Jordan Taylor 1st Annual Dogtown Pub Crawl is set to welcome interested parties next month to honor the memory of Taylor while raising money to research traumatic brain injuries. The annual pub crawl is being organized by his family and friends to raise money, which will be given to the 22 Jump organization.
The 22 Jump organization raises money via BASE jumping 22 times in a single day to promote awareness of suicide in both veterans and first responders, to help them access the support they need. Attendees will receive a T-shirt to commemorate their participation in the event.
Promotional products like clothing can raise awareness and support for good causes in the community like this.
Interested parties are encouraged to invite friends to join the celebration. The shirts will be available for pickup from the St. James Gym on Friday, April 4, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The shirt is the ticket and grants free pizza and drinks at participating venues.
The Tamm Avenue Bar near Olivette will be the beginning site for the crawl, which will occur on Saturday, April 5, starting at 11:30 AM. Tickets cost $25 online.
