Crazy Bowls and Wraps has moved its corporate offices to Olivette from Webster Groves.

The corporation's former location was once a commissary, and is a multi-tenant structure comprising over 12,000 square feet. The building was bought by Mission Taco, which describes itself as an ‘authentic street taco restaurant’. Mission Taco, like Crazy Bowls, will use the Webster Groves site as both a commissary and its headquarters.

Crazy Bowls and Wraps, for its part, is moving to the Warson Commerce Center in Olivette, where it plans to lease space comprising about 5,500 square feet. It will locate both its headquarters and corporate offices there.

Crazy Bowls and Wraps serves healthy, casual food, and is locally owned. It opened its first location in St. Louis in 1994, and was the first restaurant in the area to embrace the concept of healthier fast food. The chain serves made-from-scratch meals daily, and its menu encourages customers to ‘CYOB’, meaning ‘create your own bowl’. Patrons choose the size of bowl they want, then add the protein, with choices like chicken, tofu, and steak available, before picking their grains, vegetables, and sauce. Patrons who prefer wraps to bowls can also build their own in a similar manner.
