A fundraiser is being planned for the Olivette region with the goal of raising money to support a local school.
The Sippin’ for Sunnyhill fundraiser is set to kick off in a few weeks. It will bring the community together to enjoy flavorful drinks while raising money to support the Sunnyhill School and provide educational opportunities to local youth. Guests who choose to attend can anticipate lively racing events, refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the joy of a community coming together.
Interested parties are encouraged to invite friends and family to add to the fun environment. Food will also be provided to attendees to ensure a comfortable and refreshing experience. Guests can choose from a General Admission or VIP experience, with VIP guests receiving a custom patch hat and an opportunity to win Fast Lane access. Banner printing is an excellent way to promote such events while welcoming guests and displaying sponsor logos and information.
Matchbox car racing will start at 6:30 PM, and guests can purchase a car and cheer it on. The host venue’s chefs will prepare the food options and snacks, and an open bar will provide refreshments.
The fundraiser will be held at Olive and Oak on Thursday, November 7th. Doors will open at 6:00 PM, and the event will conclude at 10:00 PM. Tickets start at $150 per attendee.
