Exercise dance class coming to Olivette studio
Dancers and fitness fanatics are being encouraged to leave time open in the calendar next month, as a dance fitness class is stopping in Olivette on tour.
The Dance 2 Fitness exercise course, held by host Jessica James, is making a stop in the Olivette area in a few weeks, and interested parties are encouraged to reserve a spot while they last. The course allows D2F fans to participate in a live, in-person course. It’s a rare opportunity for participants with experience dancing through YouTube and Live Stream to join the class.
Attendees can meet the host and dance in the studio during the fitness event. It’s an opportunity to exercise through dance while networking with a dance professional. Guests are encouraged to bring friends along to join a rare exercise opportunity that will create lasting memories.
