Brunch fundraiser near Olivette brings community together
An energetic brunch fundraiser is in the works near Olivette in a few weeks, and area residents looking for a memorable way to celebrate and support a good cause are welcome.
The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity is paving the way for its Rhythm and Brunch Scholarship Fundraiser, which aims to raise money for young scholars who are interested in furthering their education at the college and university level. Guests will get to enjoy live music from local performers and bands.
The brunch will also feature several savory food options to ensure all visitors leave well-fed. The gathering is being organized with help from the Tau Theta Lambda Chapter of St. Louis. Guests are asked to wear attire that is appropriate for an afternoon brunch.
Men should wear a jacket with slacks, and women are asked to wear dresses, pantsuits, or skirts. Business card printing is an excellent idea for networking and making new connections when planning to attend such events.
Free parking is available at the Clayton Plaza Garage. Attendees will need to present their parking tickets for validation. A full cash bar will also be available, and guests are asked to drink responsibly.
