Breathing session brings healing to Olivette
Women seeking rejuvenation or relaxation after the holidays will want to leave space in the schedule next month, as a breathing session is on the way to Olivette.
A healing breathing session is coming to Olivette, courtesy of the Ladies Healing Group, and area women are invited to attend and reap the health benefits of the guided session. The session will be led by Bonnie Schroeder, who will lead the circle of women through breathing exercises for a transformative experience.
The goal of the course is to help each participant walk away feeling rebalanced, restored, and ready to take on the new year. Attendees can expect a judgment-free zone to release trapped or stifled emotions and trauma to help the nervous system reach a relaxed and happier state. Flyer printing is one of the best ways to reach women in the community and generate awareness and excitement about such events.
Students do not need prior breathwork experience to participate, as Bonnie will lead students through each step. Extra pillows are encouraged for support and comfort, as are comfortable athletic clothing. Water is recommended to keep students hydrated.
The Division of Performance Enhancement will host the breathwork sessions on Thursday, January 16th. Class starts at 6:00 PM, and students should arrive 15 minutes early. General admission tickets are for sale online, starting at $20 per student.
