The Time to Paddy road race will be back in St. Paul this March, with local runners looking to make room for St. Patrick’s Day food and drink or start off the outdoor season right.
Participants can choose from a variety of distances to race, ranging from the traditional five and ten kilometer paths to the “lucky 13.1” half marathon. Young children can also get a taste of the event with a Kids Dash before the main race or a special one mile run. Each participant will be timed with a chip, and the fastest runners in each category will receive awards, divided by age and sex.
The Time to Paddy event aims to be a family-friendly race with colorful attractions and festivities. There will be free snacks and photo opportunities at the finish line, and all runners will take home a “swag bag” including a designer shirt and custom medal. Local businesses often provide Promotional Products for events like this to make connections in the community.
For those who can’t make it in person, the Time to Paddy race will also offer a virtual option with participants receiving the shirt and medal and able to run the distance at a time and place of their choosing. The run is hosted by Bodies Run Company and More Than A Race with the support of volunteers.
The 2026 Time to Paddy run will take place at Como Regional Park in St. Paul on March 1.
