This October the Minnesota Woodworkers Expo 2024 will take place in St. Paul for woodworking enthusiasts of all stripes to come out and share their passion for woodworking.
The MN Woodworkers Expo invites all those who are interested in the craft of woodworking to enjoy a day of fellowship, education, and connection. The expo last year attracted a crowd of over 1700 attendees with an 80/20 mix of amateur and professional woodworkers. There will be over 80 local and national retailers, tool manufacturers, makers, lumber sellers, and school organizations participating who will have booths set up to answer any questions.
The Woodworkers Guild will have a special Kids Workshop set up where they will be available to help the young ones with a free woodworking craft. Guild members will also participate in Meet the Makers, which will include informal demonstrations of woodworking crafts. Attendees are also welcome to participate in the tool swap whereby swappers will be buying and selling both hand tools and power tools.
Vendors participating in expos like this may decide to bring along their supply of Business Cards that can be handed out to interested customers or potential business partners.
The woodworking expo is slated for October 12 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It will take place at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, Progress Center, which is located at 1621 Randall Avenue.
