The Holidazzle Village is taking place at the Nicollet Mall for almost a month this holiday season.
There are plenty of activities planned at the village, and they are sure to appeal to people of any age. Entertainment will be provided by local choirs and bands, there will be live reindeer to meet, storytelling sessions, and the Holidazzle Light Bulbs. The opening night will feature fireworks, a glassblowing demonstration, and dog sledding displays. Visitors can also do some ice skating.
Taking place concurrently in nearby Peavey Plaza will be the Minneapolis Holiday Market which will run daily from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. It will have handicrafts for sale, bakery items, food and German beer. Children can take part in the Market Scavenger Hunt or take a ride on the Carousel.
Vendors participating in the holiday market may invest in products from St. Paul or Minneapolis postcard printing companies. Postcards can be used like Business Cards to showcase the work of an artist while providing contact information.
The Holidazzle Village will be open daily from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Nicollet Mall from November 28 to November 30 and on weekends from December 6 to December 24.
The Minneapolis Holiday Market runs from November 28 to December 24 in Peavey Plaza.
