The LSP Masters Food and Sustainability Day is taking place this July, and is presented by Leadership Saint Paul, which is a program of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce.
Guests will enjoy a lunch at the Heartland Restaurant and Farm Direct Market before listening to an update and participating in a Q and A with Lenny Russo. This will be followed by a panel discussion about recycling and information about the city's initiative on the subject. There will then be a demonstration on proper composting.
Afterwards, attendees will travel to the East Side Enterprise Center, where they will tour Urban Roots and the Twin City Mobile Market. They will then return to the restaurant and learn more about Leadership Saint Paul from the Chamber of Commerce. By the end of the day, most business leaders should have a better idea about what sustainability can mean to them and their companies.
