A trio of entertainers is set to put on a show in Rochester in mid-August.
Travis Tritt is a country star, songwriter, businessman, and actor. Kicking off his career with an album in 1990, Tritt has gone on to win multiple awards and release a comprehensive body of music. Tritt has experimented with blues, R&B, and soul music in addition to country. Some of his songs are “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde,” “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares),” “Help Me Hold On,” and “Way Down in Georgia.”
Meanwhile, Aaron Lewis started as the frontman for the metal band Staind. When he went in the direction of a solo career, Lewis made the jump to country. He has released several records since 2011, with tunes including “Northern Redneck,” “Am I the Only One,” “Whiskey and You,” and “Country Boy.”
The third name on the billing, Tim Montana, has worked with many stars in several lanes of the entertainment industry. Performing and/or writing with artists such as Kid Rock, Dave Grohl, and Billy F. Gibson, Montana has made strong connections. Some of the songs to his name are “American Dream,” “American Thread,” “Stronger Than You,” and “Hillbilly Rich.”
Tickets for the concert range from $37 to $369, with some being resale. Merchandise featuring a graphic design relating to the artists performing is often sold at events like this. The venue is the Mayo Civic Center Arena, and the show will kick off at 8:00 pm on August 12.
