A Rochester event is kicking off the month of March with an artistic flair.
Candle Wax Painting is a lesson from Art Heads Emporium, along with Lavender & Violas. Participants will learn how to apply designs to the outside of candlesticks, using various colors of melted wax. The venue and organizers will provide all necessary materials for each guest to make two uniquely decorated candles.
The experience is open to those who are 12 or older. The level of knowledge in the artform does not matter, as instructors will be present to guide everyone along. Due to the use of wax that needs to remain melted, there will be a few small flames present during the class.
People are welcome to bring beverages and snacks to enjoy during the activity.
Tickets are sold through the venue’s website, the venue being Art Heads Emporium. The price per attendee is $45. Any cancellations have a $5 fee attached. Refunds cease availability seven days prior to the activity. Transfers to a different lesson close two days beforehand.
Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to allow for time to settle in before everything gets started. Many art events turn to flyer printing as a promotion technique. The Rochester class will run for two and a half hours, from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. The date is set to be March 1st.
