Adam Frederickson is only a few months away from opening Rochester’s sixth local brewery.
The name on Fredrickson’s Business Cards says ‘Thesis Beer Project’. Opening this brewery has been a long-time dream of his, however he was met with several challenges that almost kept it from happening. For example, building inspectors let him know that he would have to find an extra $20,000 for a special type of floor that he had not budgeted for.
The project was always over budget, but Frederickson and his partner Allyson Palmer managed to keep their heads afloat thanks to angel investors who shared the same vision for their brewery. Frederickson stated that the project would have died a long time ago were it not for the support of their local community.
The couple believes that the hard part is over. Their task list is much more manageable than it used to be and it gets shorter as they approach opening day. The tanks and brewhouse arrived recently, which makes the couple certain that they can open the brewery in July.
Providing customers with an immersive experience is a key selling point for the Thesis Beer Project. The tank and brewhouse will be an easy to spot feature when customers walk in and they can watch the beer being made while they sit at the bar. They will also have live music on specific days to keep them entertained.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
