Rochester to boost local business with art

A mid-September artistic event in Rochester is set to help promote the business that is serving as the venue.

Brushed By Design Creations is a company that travels to different businesses to host painting activities. This allows the event to draw attention to a number of local spots, making the experience beneficial to both parties.

The artwork for this class is called “Beautiful Birch.” Attendees will learn how to paint realistic looking birch trees, along with some leaves in a cozy autumn color scheme. Janet Gray, an experienced artist, will lead everyone through the required process. The lesson is meant to be approachable for beginners, as well as families.

The Rochester business being highlighted with the event is Tilda’s Pizzeria. Guests are encouraged to indulge in a drink and a delicious meal while attending the activity. The pizzas are made in the restaurant’s special wood-fired oven, adding another layer of flavor. Attendees will have to purchase refreshments at a separate cost to the event’s admission.

Tickets are available via BBCD’s website. The cost is $35 per person. Registration has to be completed prior to the day of the experience. Painters of any age are permitted. Flyer printing is a common promotion technique for many artistic events, as well as experiences being held at locally run venues. The class will run between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on September 15th.
