Rochester business to run creative class

A shop in Rochester will be hosting a fun and expressive craft session run by another local company in mid-March.

Brushes and Bliss is a class created by Art on the Go. At this particular event, painters choose from a selection of wooden shapes that are about 12” in size, and then create a piece of colorful artwork with a spring theme that they will get to take home with them.

The shape options include a tulip, beehive, butterfly, clover, and watering can. In order to be guaranteed the piece they want, attendees will need to register for the lesson by March 3rd. People can still register after this date, but their chosen shape may not be available by that point.

The instructions and materials are included in the ticket price. Also included are a cupcake and medium-sized drink from the venue, Roasted Bliss Coffee & Bakery. Admission costs $35, with a $10 deposit required upon registration. The rest of the fee is able to be paid at the event with either credit cards or cash. Purchases can be completed at the Art on the Go Rochester website. Space for attendance is limited.

Flyer printing is frequently used to promote artistic events like this one.

The activity should last for about 90 minutes, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. The date of the class is set for March 15th.
