A local artist will be leading a Rochester class in early September.
Crescent Moon Reflection is a lesson run by Wine & Canvas. This is a company which holds events where leader skilled in the artistic field chosen guides attendees through the process of creating their own piece. For this event, painters will learn how to put together an image of brightly colored ombre sky, a tree and mountains in silhouette, and a white moon, with these all reflected onto the water below.
While drinks and food are available thanks to the venue, access to these is not covered by the attendance fee, so a separate cost will apply. The venue is Twigs Tavern and Grille, which offers a variety of drinks and meals/snacks, with a selection of gluten-free options available. Menus are available to download via the eatery’s website for those who wish to view them before the event.
Tickets for this activity are found on Wine & Canvas’ website. The price is $39 per person. This fee covers the time from the instructor, the paints, aprons, brushes, canvas, and other materials.
