Puppet performance in Grand Rapids

The Reif Performing Arts Center will host a performance this February for children throughout Grand Rapids.

The event is the staging of the live puppet play ‘Dragons and Mythical Beasts’. The show is an interactive piece, where children are invited to rekindle the hero within as they traverse a fantasy world. The event will have mythical beasts of all from the folklore of a variety of cultures. The session is tailored for children to have an evening of entertainment. All ages are welcome.

The performance is an original by the Reif Arts Council. The department frequently organizes shows such as this where residents may encounter art and graphic design from a variety of cultures and people.

The cost for tickets will be $24 for adults, while students will pay $11. This applies to all tickets purchased up to one hour before the shows begin. When this period has ended, ticket costs will increase to $29 for adults and seniors, while students will be $16. Pre-sale tickets are available for purchase on the event’s website. All ticket sales will be final, except in the case of cancellation by the organizers, in which case a full refund will be provided.

This event takes place on February 16 at the Reif Performing Arts Center. This is located at 720 North West Conifer Drive, Grand Rapids. The show begins at 6:00 pm.
