The Judy Garland Festival will take place in Grand Rapids next month at the Judy Garland Museum to celebrate the legacy of the talented actress.
The Judy Garland Museum was founded in 1975 to honor the life and legacy of the great 20th century actress and Grand Rapids native. The museum was given new life in 2003 with the grand opening of the new 13,000 square foot museum building.
