The Summer Concert Series is returning to Chanhassen to make the warm nights even more fun. Even better, each concert has a food truck associated with it. The bands scheduled for July are the Salsa del Soul, Supernova, Trevor McSpadden, and Sawyer’s Dream.
Up first is Salsa del Soul, with food supplied by Tacos La Catrina, a bright pink truck serving Mexican cuisine and tacos. Based in the Twin Cities, Salsa del Soul performs dance music of various types from the Caribbean.
Supernova is a cover band comprising teens from Chaska and Chanhassen High Schools. They perform hits from the 1980s up to today’s modern rock, playing with high energy and outstanding musicianship. The food truck that week is Sunny Days Comfort Food, who serve sandwiches, pizza, wraps, mac and cheese and more.
Country artist Trevor McSpadden is next, with food provided by The Brick Oven Bus, who serve wood-fired pizza.
Finally, Sawyer’s Dream performs, a vocal group that sings standards from the Americana song book. The food truck is Rollin Nolen’s BBQ, which serves both barbecue meat, as well as sides and plant-based alternatives.
Salsa del Soul appears July 10, Supernova plays July 17, Trevor McSpadden appears July 24, and Sawyer’s Dream appears July 31. All concerts begin at 6.30, and the venue is Lake Ann Park, chosen as a substitute for City Center Park, which is being renovated. Fun decorations can enhance performances like this, which organizers can create using various printing methods with Print shops.Get a Free Quote for Print
