The 5th Annual Personalized Learning Summit, an event organized for district leaders seeking to transform teaching and learning in Chanhassen, takes place in a few weeks.
The Personalized Learning Summit is a program organized through a guided-vision to empower educators on how to meet the needs of their students. The learning program is designed to support Chanhassen schools with relevant training, tools, and knowledge while working with learners, teachers, and education partners.
Eastern Carver Country Schools will be collaborating with the school districts of Westonka, Farmington, and Edina to lead and operate the program. According to the PL Summit organizers, this year’s event will feature panels, keynotes, and dynamic breakout sessions to be anchored by educators from around the world.
The summit, which is aimed at transforming education and building networks for both teachers and learners, is structured as a two-day in-person event to enable attendees enjoy keynote talks, participate in networking events, engage in dynamic and interactive sessions, and access professional development opportunities. While exploring feedback and assessment, teachers stand to learn more about culturally responsive teaching.
Tickets are available for sale at $75. Participants are required to go through the SchEd channel to sign up for sessions.
Organizers of this sort of event tend to consider using poster printing to boost attendance. The summit will run from August 5 to August 6.
