Neil Diamond tribute part of seniors day trip

The Senior Center of Shelby Township will be hosting a one-day visit to Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth next month.

Local Print shops can help spread the word about such special trips throughout a community with Posters, Flyers, and other printed materials.

The trip will include round-trip transportation in a deluxe highway motorcoach with reclining seats and a restroom for convenience and comfort. Featured will be Zehnder’s Two-Piece Chicken Luncheon in the venue’s main dining room.

The entertainment will be “A Little Bit Diamond,” which is a tribute show to Neil Diamond. Having sold more than 100 million records across the world, Diamond is one of the most respected and best-selling singers and songwriters of his time. It is hoped that attendees will feel like they are experiencing a real concert by the star, with songs including Sweet Caroline, Love on the Rocks, and America.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to shop at Zehnder's Marketplace, which features specialty gift items and food from around the world. The Marketplace has gourmet food, wines from Zehnder’s, preserves, cheeses, and a wide selection of culinary ware, gift items, and unique accessories.

The cost for the trip is $131 per person. The date is Friday, March 21. The motorcoach will leave the Shelby Senior Center at 10:00 am and return at 6:00 pm.
