Abele Greenhouse and Garden Center is hosting a wedding expo in Saginaw this winter.
Attendees can tour Abele’s greenhouse wedding venue and meet with a variety of local vendors like cake bakers, caterers, photographers, musicians and dress designers. Vendors often have Business Cards available for interested customers at this type of event. The venue will also have sample reception layouts and decorating ideas set up for brides to peruse. The greenhouse can host up to 200 guests and is open as an event venue from August through December.
The first 50 brides to arrive will receive a free gift, and special incentives will be available for couples who book their weddings at the venue. The expo is free to attend. Those planning to attend do not need to register, but they can RSVP to the Facebook event to receive any updates and additional information about participating vendors as the event gets closer.
Abele Greenhouse is a multi-generation family business that the current owners purchased from the Abele family, who had been running a greenhouse and flower wholesaler since the 1890s, in 1974. In addition to its wedding venue services, the company now focuses on selling retail flowers, plants, shrubs and garden accessories.
The Abele Wedding Expo is taking place on Sunday, January 18, from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
