The Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual golf fundraising event this June.
The event will center on 18 holes of golf played in a scramble format. The check-in station and breakfast buffet will be open from 8:00 am to 9:45 am. The driving range will also be open during this time. The golf game and a putting contest will both begin at 10:00 am. Lunch will be served on the course between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
After the golf game, dinner and social time will start at 3:30 pm. The entrance fee includes drink tickets. Prizes will also be awarded during this time. Organizers often use poster printing services to feature sponsor information at this type of event.
Those planning to participate can sign up on the Chamber’s website, by calling the Chamber at 989-752-7161, or by emailing lisa@saginawchamber.org. The cost is $175 per person, $350 per group of two, or $700 per team of four. Online registration will be open through Friday, June 7. The Chamber will put individuals and smaller groups into foursomes. Golfers who have a partial team should contact the Chamber to indicate who should be included in their group.
The Chamber Classic Golf Outing will take place on Wednesday, June 12 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Saginaw Country Club.
