Special concerts to be performed in Denmark

The Denmark Arts Center will be holding its Music Series for 2024 starting this month.

At the end of the month will be John Waldie & Piano Man. Waldie is now a headliner and gathered high-quality musicians to open the season with a Billy Joel tribute. Waldie has a love for music and Joel in particular, who he considers one of the elite signers and songwriters in the country, and performs with prowess and energy on the piano. Attendees are welcome to sing along with Joel’s memorable tunes. This will be next Friday, May 31 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Peaceful Means is a musical duet featuring Heather Pierson and Leah Boyd. The two will perform arrangements of choice covers and original songs, and will be accompanied by percussion, acoustic strings, and piano. Their goal is to cultivate the connections, peace, and joy present in every moment. This will be on Sunday, June 2 from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Finally, Mary Bastoni will be performing “Don’t Rain on my Parade,” with an evening of music by Barbara Streisand. The show will feature a collection from showtunes to iconic songs of Streisand, celebrating her passion and depth of range. This will be on Friday, June 21 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Such shows are often promoted throughout a town and neighboring communities with flyer printing.

Ticket prices for all shows are $15.
