The Denmark Arts Center will be offering a series of artistic day camps for children this July.
The first camp will be a Mixed Media Art Camp where attendees will be able to play with various kinds of artistic materials. This camp is for those between the ages of 7 and 12 and will be from Monday July 7 through Thursday July 10.
The next camp will be a Screen printing camp where children will learn how to Print their own tee shirt. This camp is for those 12 to 15 years of age and will be from Monday July 14 through Thursday July 17.
This will be followed by the Musical Theater Camp which is for children seven years of age and older. Kids will learn about singing, staging, character building, and movement and enjoy such pieces ranging from The Ice Witch to Under the Sea, Charlotte’s Web to Winnie the Pooh. This camp will be from Monday July 21 through Thursday July 24.
The last camp will be a Movement of Nature Camp for those aged 7 to 12. This will introduce children to the movements of nature and will be from Monday July 28 through Thursday July 31.
All camps run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
