Special chefs dinner to be held in Denmark area

The White Mountains Chapter of the American Culinary Federation will be hosting a Taste of New Hampshire Chef's Choice Dinner next month. Residents of nearby Denmark may be interested in tasting some of the best dishes served by chefs in the area.

To be held at the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash in Bartlett, this event will offer a variety of culinary treats. Talented chefs from the area will be showcasing their creativity and skills with hors d’oeuvres, specialty food stations serving seafood, pasta, chicken, and house-cured and smoked pastrami, concluding with a plated dessert. There will also be a cash bar.

Diners will be treated to a wine pull, a live chef’s auction, a 50/50 raffle, and music by the Kennett High School Jazz Ensemble. Reservations can be made to stay at the hotel for the night.

Proceeds of the dinner and event will go to support the scholarship and educational programs of the chapter, and to the Conway Recreation Department, which provides dinners for over 70 children a week. Such organizations often turn to poster printing to promote their events and fundraising efforts.

This Taste of New Hampshire Chef’s Choice Dinner will be held on Friday, May 17. Hors d'oeuvres will be served from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, with dinner, music, and other activities to follow.
