Keith Harnum and Mark Lopez are looking to build storage facilities in West Bridgton off Route 302. Residents of Denmark may be interested in using such facilities once they are completed.
To be known as Mountain Road Storage, the project will span close to 20 acres, next to Sportshaus, located in a mixed-use corridor district. There will be four storage units on the property that will cover 11,600 square feet, with 80 spaces that can be used for the outdoor storage of boats and recreational vehicles. Companies that offer such facilities often use brochure printing to provide more details about such facilities, their availability, and pricing.
There will be a new driveway off North High Street that will provide access to the storage facility. The main aisles for driving through the site will be paved, while parking spaces for the individual storage units will be gravel. There will be 18 larger parking spaces that will be paved, and a lockable gate with black chain-link fence surrounding the property.
In addition, the street at the front of the facility will have 13 new trees planted. No water or sewage facilities will be onsite, as their will be no rental office onsite. Bridgton Storage and Consignment on Portland Road in Bridgton, which is owned by Lopez, will be operating the facility.
