Holiday events set to excite in Denmark

The Denmark Arts Center will be holding two seasonal events next month.

Such exceptional events are often promoted throughout a town and surrounding communities with poster printing.

The first is a wreathmaking workshop led by Micki Warner. Attendees will create a floral art wreath made from dried materials and bring home a festive sweet fern wreath made from dried herbs and florals. The Arts Center will provide artemisia, dried herbs, and florals that will include tansy, sedum, hydrangea, and yarrow. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own glue guns.

The fee for the workshop is $30 per person and includes the cost of all materials and two tickets for beverages that will be served during the workshop. This will take place on Thursday, November 2 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The second event is the Jolly Holiday Handmade Bazaar, featuring local artisans and their creative gifts for the season. This annual event highlights the work of local artists and the festive atmosphere of community and creativity. There will be two deliveries of hot pies from The Pie Guy for attendees to enjoy. Among the featured artists will be Micki Warner Crafts, Donna Marie Seim-Children’s Books, Candace Maher Print and Art, Pinestar Studio-fibre arts, and Bahr Jewelry, among others.

The Jolly Holiday Handmade Bazaar will take place from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, November 11.
