The Denmark Arts Center will be holding its FallFest dinner and silent auction later this month.
This year’s event will feature a pot-luck dinner made by the members of the board and staff. Additional entrees and desserts will be provided by Campfire Grill, Beth’s Kitchen Café, and STANDARD GastroPub. Grandy Organics will provide granola and Patch Farm will have on hand root vegetables. There will be beverages available as well throughout the evening.
Guests can come to enjoy the food and atmosphere and bid on a wide selection of items including themed baskets filled with goodies from local businesses, getaways filled with experiences, and pieces of work by local artists and craftspeople.
Just in Time and Heart and Harmony, two local bands, will be performing for the entire event. Just in Time is a jazz group of piano, drums, and bass. Heart and Harmony is comprised of the drums, fiddle, guitar, and vocals and plays a variety of popular and folk songs.
Fundraising events similar to this one may utilize poster printing to promote charitable efforts to potential attendees.
FallFest will take place on Saturday, September 30 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Bicentennial Park. The silent auction will take place every half hour between 5:30pm and 7:00pm, with a different group of items at each time slot.
