The Tim Tebow Foundation will be presenting Night to Shine in February.
Night to Shine will be a prom experience for people 14 years old and older with special needs. A supportive welcoming crowd will greet each guest as they arrive and walk the red carpet. A friendly Paparazzi will be taking pictures.
Royal treatment awaits each guest once they get into the building. First, they will be treated to makeup and have their hair done. Next, they will be given boutonnieres and corsages, and finally they will join their dates for an evening of dancing. At the end of the evening all special guests will be crowned prom king or queen.
General admission will be free, but registration is required.
Sponsorships will help defray expenses such as food, and crowns and may be purchased by calling Faith Glen Burnie. Typically, they range from $250 to $3000 and include names and logos in event programs.
Programs for events like this one are often printed by local Print shops.
Supported by the Tim Tebow Foundation, Night to Shine, a Glen Burnie prom night for those with special needs, will be one of many held throughout the world.
Night to Shine will take place February 13th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at FAITH Glen Burnie, 7378 East Furnace Branch Road.
