Glen Burnie springs into craft fairs

Glen Burnie residents will get the opportunity to support two local high schools by purchasing items at their Spring Craft Fairs coming in March.

Glen Burnie Spring Craft Fair will feature more than 140 crafters selling handmade items such as jewelry, woodcrafts, body and soap products, glassware, candy, candles, holiday décor, and dog treats. Attendees will be treated to doughnuts and coffee in the morning, and snacks and lunch will be available for purchase in the afternoon.

Admission will be free and the hours will be 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 14 at Glen Burnie High School, 7550 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.

North County High School will have its Spring Craft & Vendor Fair a couple of weeks later, also selling one-of-a-kind and handmade wares, fine art, and homegrown products, although off-the-shelf items will be available too. There will be about 80 vendors, and admission will be free. Food will be available for sale.

North County High School Spring Craft & Vendor Fair will take place on Saturday, March 28 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. North County High School is at 10 E. 1st Avenue.
