Glen Burnie holds two fairs and toy drive

A Glen Burnie volunteer fire company and high school will be holding their annual holiday craft fairs, and a local business will hold a toy drive.

The Ferndale Volunteer Fire Company will be hosting its Christmas Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair to help support local craftspeople and vendors. Homemade items will be available for purchase.

The Christmas Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair will take place at the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Department, 4 Broadview Boulevard South next Saturday, November 22 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

More than 140 artists and crafters will be selling handmade items from jewelry, glassware, candles, soap, wood crafts, and body products to home goods, holiday decor, candy, and dog treats at this year's Glen Burnie Winter Craft Fair. Proceeds will go to the Glen Burnie High School music programs and Band Boosters.

Pictures taken at school events like this often go to local printing services to be added to the upcoming yearbook.

The 2025 Glen Burnie Winter Craft Fair will take place on Saturday, December 6 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Glen Burnie High School, 7550 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard. Admission will be free.

Also that morning, starting at 11:00 am, the 10th annual Noel Smith BJJ Toy Drive will offer raffles giveaways and a free seminar with each donation. It will be taking place at Noel Smith Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 7478 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.
