The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts in Worcester will be hosting Cookies and Tea with Clara from the Nutcracker next month.
This will be a special tea party to meet and greet with Clara and her friends. The story of The Nutcracker ballet will be read by Clara, and children will engage in an hour of dancing, sipping tea, and eating cookies. Attendees will also be able to take photographs with Clara and have a chance to win a signed autograph picture and to dance in Clara’s famous pointe shoes.
Tickets are $30 each and are for children only. Children will be seated, and adults need to accompany their children but do not need to buy a ticket.
Cookies and Tea with Clara will be held in the McDonough Room at the Conservatory and Event Center of The Hanover Theatre on Sunday November 3. There will be four seatings—one from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., another from noon to 1:00 p.m., a third from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., and the last one from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Poster printing is often used to promote such special and family-friendly events.
Performances of The Nutcracker will take place at the theatre from Friday November 29 through Sunday December 1, with both matinee and evening performances on all days except Sunday.
