French bakery plans new store in Worcester

Paris Baguette is planning to open a new location in Worcester.

A multi-national chain that has five stores in Massachusetts, Paris Baguette is now planning 12 more stores in the Greater Boston area. Founded in 1988 in Seoul, South Korea, the chain sells bread, drinks, and pasties with a French inspiration.

Chief Development Officer of Paris Baguette, Nick Scaccio, said although the chain was born in South Korea and is inspired by the French, it has become a neighborhood bakery in the United States and Canada, and is an eclectic mix of the two cultures. He added that of the locations is planned for the Worcester area, one will be in Bellingham and the other in Mansfield, and that they will be open very soon.

Scaccio said that he and his team are still looking for the ideal location in Worcester and have found communities and shopping centers where they feel they can get involved. He said that there are many diverse communities in Worcester, and that any location selected will pay homage to the origins of the chain.

He added that the values, vision, and mission of the brand is to spread joy, nourish the community, have heart, and rise to the occasion, which the team enthusiastically embodies. Such new and unique concepts can benefit from flyer printing to spread the word about their products and offerings.
