The fourth annual Wreath Workshop, which is a fundraiser for the Junior League of Worcester (JLW), will be held later this month.
The JLW will be partnering with Sparkle on Park and has created five do-it-yourself packages, each with a fresh wreath and a curated selection of decorations and ribbons that can be created at home. The themes for the wreaths will be Holiday Tradition, Rustic Cabin, Candy Cane, Romance, and White Winter. Packages of such do-it-yourself projects are often accompanied by printed materials, usually created by Print shops in the area.
Speaking to Patch.com, Lauren Evens, president of the JLW, said that the League is celebrating 95 years of serving Worcester. She expressed her happiness in being able to provide this workshop and offer a fun evening for those in the community. Proceeds from the sale of the wreath kits will go to supporting the mission of the League to develop the potential of women, and create change for the better in the community.
The workshop will be held online at 7:00 pm on Saturday, November 28. The wreaths and décor will be available for pickup on the afternoon of Friday, November 27 and morning of Saturday, November 28 in Worcester. During the hours of pickup, there will also items on display that will be raffled off.
