New behavioral health center comes to Worcester
The Seven Hills Child and Family Behavioral Health Center of the Seven Hills Foundation is now open in Worcester on Gold Star Boulevard.
This new center will offer both telehealth and in-person visits for adolescents, children, and their families with behavioral health issues. State-of-the-art technology will be essential to the operation of the center and will feature a centralized intake and electronic medical records system that will be able to support the many programs and needs of its patients. A new “Open Access” model will enable people to have immediate access to care during emergency situations. The center will also be the home for foster care, home-based therapy, and other community-based programs operated by affiliates.
Print shops are excellent resources to create materials to provide more information about such technology and services to the community.
It will be the primary hub for the behavioral health clinical operations of Family Services of Central Massachusetts, Children's Friend, and YOU, Inc. The CEO of the Seven Hills Foundation, Dr. Kathleen Jordan, said that by bringing together these three organizations that consist of over 100 of the best clinicians in the area, this new center will enable Seven Hills to support those who most need this type of care.
Worcester City Manager Ed Augustus added that Seven Hills is a significant contributor to the work of the community and demonstrates a willingness to help those in need.
