The Marlborough Hospital of UMass Memorial has been presented this year’s Standing Ovation Award from Thrive Support & Advocacy. Thrive Support & Advocacy is a non-profit organization that enables young people and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to lead active and self-directed lives.
Announcements of the presentation of such awards is often made known throughout the community with flyer printing and other types of printing services.
The Standing Ovation Awards are a celebratory initiative designed to recognize organizations that have gone above and beyond to support those in the community. Marlborough Hospital has been working with the Thrive community for the past two years.
President and CEO of Thrive Support & Advocacy, Sean M. Rose, expressed his gratitude to Marlborough Hospital for its commitment to his organization and the families and individuals which it serves. He said that everyone at the hospital deserves to be recognized with this year’s award.
Dr. Eric Dickson, President and CEO of UMass Memorial health, expressed his pride in the many achievements of all the teams at the hospital over the past two years. He added that being recognized with this award demonstrates their commitment to serving the community, even during the worst of times. He highlighted the leadership of the hospital’s president, vice president, and group president in demonstrating the true meaning of dedication.
