The first residents of Vesa, the luxury apartment community in Marlborough, were welcomed with the opening of its first building.
Vesa is on Boston Post Road and when completed it will offer 140 thoughtfully designed apartments, 60 of which will have one bedroom, 62 of which will have two bedrooms, and 18 of which will have three bedrooms. A connection to mature combined with modern luxury is a feature of this development that will offer residents a quiet retreat just a short distance from downtown Marlborough. The goal was to create a variety of types of units and price points to meet the diverse needs of the community.

Among its amenities are a resident lounge and brand lobby, a resort-style outdoor pool deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dog park, and walking trails through the landscaped property. Maugel Destefano Architects designed the development and Procopio Construction served as construction manager.
Bria is the property management firm that runs the apartment complex. Managing Director at Bria, Bryan Walhs, said that Vesa demonstrates the commitment of his company to bringing more options for housing to the city of Marlborough. He said that Vesa offers a lifestyle integrated with the outdoors and expressed his pride that it will become home for both new residents and longtime locals.
