Project in Marlborough reaches important milestone

Construction has been officially topped off by the Procopio Companies in downtown Marlborough. The project is six stories high and a mixed-use development with 99 multi-family units.

This means that the structural framework of the building has been completed. The building is on Main Street and includes a concrete and steel parking structure, two stories high, above which are four floors of residential units. The project will feature 3,220 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and courtyard which will be landscaped facing Union Park. There will be activities on the street level and amenities for the community.

Such new projects can benefit from brochure printing to highlight their features and amenities to attract residents and retailers.

The project was designed by The Architectural Team and is managed by Angus Construction. It is part of the continued revitalization of downtown Marlborough, which is experiencing a great deal of investment in recent years due to its concentration of industrial, lab, office, and flexible space and proximity to Interstate 495.

The Development Project Manager at Procopio, Will Nuccio, said that this project demonstrates the continued commitment of his company to bringing high-quality housing to such thriving places of employment as Marlborough. He expressed his excitement about this important milestone being reached in the project.

The project is expected to be completed in spring 2026 with leasing to begin ahead of that date.
