Little Sprouts Early Education and Childcare has leased new office space on the first floor of a building at Knowledge Park in Marlborough, ready to bring its early education services to the area.
Little Sprouts is a provider of childcare and early education offering programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and focusing on supporting the emotional, social, academic, and physical growth of children. The goal is to ensure that there are positive outcomes for both children and their families.
Assistant Managing Director at NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston, Garrett Quinn, expressed his thrill in welcoming Little Sprout to the office park as it will be a valuable amenity for the other tenants and the community. NAI Parsons handles the leasing for the office park. The office space spans just over 10,000 square feet.

There are three buildings at Knowledge Park for a total of 161,000 square feet. It has a convenient location on Route 20 just off Interstate 495. The three buildings were purchased by CB Equities in 2017, and the company has made significant improvements to the office park that includes a state-of-the-art space for gathering, which offers a micro market, a complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, an outdoor patio, coworking rooms, a business lounge, and a fitness center.
The buildout of the space and the opening of the business is expected to be completed by the summer of this year.
