Next month, a fundraiser will be taking place in Marlborough to help raise money to alleviate the problem of animals being euthanized due to their owners’ inability to pay for medical bills.
Pet Chance, which is a 501(c)(3) registered charity, will be holding a 24-hour spin-a-thon at the Solomon Pond Mall. There will be 24 teams of 24 people, with each participant riding one of the spinning bikes for one hour. Riders can take part competitively or just to have fun with their friends while supporting the cause. Each person will raise $300, and the team with the highest overall amount collected will be awarded a “super incentive” for their efforts. There will music to enjoy and other prizes awarded as well.
Pet Chance was founded in 2012 by Perter Alberti as a way to raise funds through crowdfundung to help cover the cost of expensive healthcare for owners who could not afford it.
The event will take place from 10:00 am on Saturday, January 31 until 10:00 am the following day. A fundraising event like this can raise a lot of money and also be a lot of fun for those who take part. A Print company can help by producing pledge sheets, decorations for the spin-a-thon, and other items to help make the day an enjoyable event for all. Get a Free Quote for Print
