Patriot Ambulance has been acquired by Pridestar Trinity EMS, a major provider of non-emergency and emergency medical transportation in Southern New Hampshire and Northeast Massachusetts.
Patriot Ambulance, with corporate headquarters in Chelmsford, is the primary provider of responses to 911 calls for the city of Marlborough and Hudson and serves UMass Memorial Marlborough Hospital and neighboring communities. Pridestar Trinity EMS was founded by Dave Walton and Maurice Ryan in 1977.
Mayor J. Christian Dumais said that this collaboration signals a fresh era in healthcare support in the region, uniting two reputable providers to broaden resources, enhance efficiency, and maintain exceptional care for residents. News of such acquisitions and their benefits for a community can be made known throughout a city and surrounding communities with flyer printing.
This is a major step for the strategic growth initiative of Pridestar Trinity and places an emphasis on its presence along the Interstate 495 corridor, Middlesex County, and the upper Merrimack Valley. CEO and President of Pridestar Trinity EMS, David T. Daly, said that merging with Patriot Ambulance will enable his company to leverage the strengths of the two organizations which are dedicated to exceptional service and have strong roots in community care. He said that this collaboration will enable the two companies to be better able to meet the needs of hospitals, municipal partners, and patients.
