Several events are being planned for the month of October by the Fall River Area Chamber of Commerce.
Most likely, the Chamber is using the services of its Print companies to create Flyers and Posters informing its members and the business community of these events.
First of all, in partnership with the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce, the SouthCoast Business Expo will be taking place on October 15 from 10:00 am. to 4:00 pm. at White’s of Westport. The largest business-to-business trade show in the region, it will have free business seminars, more than 100 exhibitor booths, and many networking events to address a wide variety of business needs. A business card is all that is needed to attend the expo free of charge.
Prior to the expo at 8:30 am, there will be an informative breakfast with Suzanne M. Bump, the state auditor. After the Expo, a networking hour is planned from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Business After Hours will be on October 22, providing the opportunity for businesses to network with other members of the Chamber and business affiliates in the area. This month’s event is sponsored by the Fall River Municipal Credit Union and will be taking place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Children’s Advocacy Center in Fall River.
