Andover architectural firm to design Maine property
Rob Bramhall Architects, based in Andover, will be the designer for one of two major new real estate properties at Sunday River Resort in Maine.
The full-service design and architectural firm will be architect for the Dream Maker Lodge, which will be high-end condominiums on the mountain slope. Sunday River is also working on the Merrill Hill development project and the two projects are part of the resort’s 10 year plan for sustainable investments and growth.
Local print shops often help to spread the word about such projects to prospective property buyers through the use of flyers and other professional printed materials.
Rob Bramhall is a member of American Institute of Architects and an acclaimed designer. He has worked with commercial businesses, private institutions, and individual property owners. He is the founder of the firm, and has experience in technical issues, project management, and design.
Bramhall expressed his honor to be selected for this project by one of the top ski resorts in the Northeast. He said that his firm has worked for many years on commercial and residential projects that have similar owners and audiences, all of which should bode well for this new property.
The Dream Maker Lodge will have 22 convenient slope-side and luxurious units. Construction is not expected to begin until sometime next year.
