The 5th annual North Shore Women’s Conference will take place at the Marriott Lincolnshire on May 11th from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Admission is free. The conference is a presentation of 23 area Chambers of Commerce including the DBR Chamber of Commerce.
The conference will feature nine workshops and over 80 vendors. Lunch will take place from 12-1:30 pm and costs $32; it includes the keynote speech by Catherine Johns. The workshops will cover both professional and personal topics. Some of the workshops planned are:
• Getting back in the loop: being gainfully employed
• Make fitness a habit
• Wardrobing for polish with a softer side
• Be the CEO of Brand You
• Top ten ways to get your business noticed
• Seven keys to business success
Vendor’s tables cost $250 for the various chamber members and $350 for non-members; shared tables are available for $300 and must include one member. The rental fee covers a 6 foot table, a listing in the conference program and one lunch ticket. Businesses from all over the region including Deerfield, home of the DBR Chamber of Commerce, are welcome to exhibit their products and services.
