Deerfield area teen program to discuss history of ramen

Next month, the Lake Forest Library will host the Teen Space Program: The Most Beautiful Bowl, which will teach the history of instant ramen as well as how to make it.

Lake Forest is part of the Chicago Metropolitan area and just a few miles from the City of Deerfield. The library offers a multitude of resources to its patrons and visitors, including fun and informative programming for teens. The Most Beautiful Bowl belongs to the Teen Space Program Block and will offer teens a fun activity.

The session will delve into the fascinating history about how instant ramen came to be and how it differs from traditionally prepared ramen. Organizers will provide the ramen and all add-ons, so attendees merely need to bring their creativity and willingness to learn. Best bowls will be voted on, and the winner will be chosen during the event. Snacks and refreshments will be available too.

Posters can be helpful teaching materials at events like this, especially to those who learn best visually. Organizers may decide that they need the poster printing services of professional Print shops to prepare for this sort of event.

The ramen class is scheduled for Saturday, January 31 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. The Lake Forest Library is located at 360 East Deerpath Road.
