Deerfield to spring into action at Easter-themed games

Deerfield families should note that Lake County, Illinois Convention & Visitors Bureau will hold the Egg-Lympics at Jewett Park event for Easter this April.

Also called Visit Lake County, The Lake County, Illinois Convention & Visitors Bureau is the premier destination marketing organization for Lake County. Various municipalities, including over 18 community partners, comprise the organization, which also partners with 200 industry partners that include attractions, hotels, and other hospitality-related businesses. The organization hosts special events and activities for the community, such as the Easter event happening next month.

The Egg-Lympics will invite Deerfield families to participate in Easter-themed games that test both teamwork and physical skills. Families will form teams to compete in relay races involving eggs. The activities are designed for children ages 4 and up but are welcome for anyone to participate. Teams will consist of families of five or less, with groups desiring more members needing to contact organizers to make sure enough supplies are available.

Organizers may decide to advertise events like this by using their local flyer printing services to create and Print Flyers to give out in bulk.

The Egg-Lympics is scheduled to take place on April 18 from 11:00 am to noon. It will be held at Jewett Park, which is located at 836 Jewett Park Drive, Deerfield. There is no cost to attend.
